Regional Sales Manager English-Greek

For one of its partners, MR Solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Balkan region.
Our partner provides innovative and customized solutions to public sector clients worldwide, improving operational efficiency and public service delivery. Their flexible and collaborative approach, combined with strong teamwork between sales and technical experts, sets them apart. Their solutions aim to address complex challenges and enhance governance and public policy.
The ideal candidate's main responsibilities:
- Business develoment the Balkan region development (Armenia, Moldova, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, Malta).
- Meet and build strong relationships with partners and government representatives to present and explain complex solutions.
- Lead and manage long sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract signing, deciding on the way forward after internal discussions.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and make presentations at marketing events.
- Present commercial strategies to drive business growth and discuss market opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to Product Managers to improve solutions.
- Travel frequently to establish a network of key contacts with public and private organizations.
- Proactively share relevant information on competition and other sector stakeholders.
- Close government contracts directly or indirectly through partners, respecting profitability targets.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be based in Brussels HQ.
- Have 7-10 years of experience in selling complex ICT solutions to high-level government representatives with expertise in software, hardware, and consumables.
- Understand various components of proposed solutions (hardware/software components) and be able to explain solutions from a technical perspective.
- Have the ability to adapt to B2G reality and demonstrate the presence and consulting skills needed to engage with important government figures and ministry technicians.
- Be fluent in English and Greek; knowledge of other regional languages is a strong asset (Romanian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, etc.).
- Have the ability to manage multiple situations and sensitive information.
- Have commercial experience in the Balkan region and knowledge of the geopolitical and cultural dynamics of the region.
- Have the ability to develop market strategies and work autonomously. • Anticipate client needs and proactively support them.
- Be an individual contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset, team player, excellent communication skills, hands-on approach, and customer orientation.
