On behalf of one of our partners, MR Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive for Brussels & Wallonia region. Our partner is a key player in the digital and sustainable transition, designing and implementing integrated technology solutions. Their expertise covers security, fire protection, comfort, and digital services. The company supports a diverse clientele in ambitious projects, ranging from industry to European institutions. The ideal candidate's main responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a client portfolio in the Brussels-Wallonia region.
- Identify new business opportunities and present comprehensive technical solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, engineering offices, and installers.
- Ensure thorough follow-up of projects and stay up to date with industry innovations.
- Promote solutions in electronic security, fire protection, HVAC, automation, and digital services.
The ideal candidate should:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical solutions or complex projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on business development and prospecting (“hunter” profile).
- Strong interest in building technologies and digitalization.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and team spirit.
- Bilingual French and English with a good command of Dutch (considered an asset).
