HR & Admin Officer (M/F/X)
On behalf of one of our partners, MR Solutions is looking for an experienced HR & Admin officer for a SME based in Brussels, specialized in the development and management of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage). With offices in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, this partner is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to strengthen its HR team to support its European expansion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the HR Manager, you will operate within an international scope.
- Managing personnel administration (contracts, onboarding, employee files, social documents)
- Monitoring absences, leave, sick days, and time tracking using HRIS tools.
- Supporting recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding);
- Coordinating with local offices to ensure legal and administrative compliance;
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, employee well-being, diversity & inclusion);
- Preparing HR reports and analyzing data to support decision-making;
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
The ideal candidate will have the following profile :
- A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or technical environment.
- Bilingual in English and French (or Dutch), and proficiency another EU language (ideally Italian, Spanish and or Portuguese)
- Excellent command of office tools (Excel & Outlook) and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Protime);
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and familiarity with European regulations;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Discretion, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
